Just about any packaged cookie can be substituted for graham crackers in crusts for cheesecakes. Vollkornbutterkekse are the best substitute in Austria but regular Butterkekse, vanilla wafers, shortbread cookies, gingersnaps, or digestive biscuits (UK) will work.

If you love the flavors of S'mores, then you must try this Chocolate Chip Graham Cracker Snack Cake. The simple cake is made with plenty of graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips, and it's topped with a sweet, fluffy marshmallow frosting.

These magic cookie bars only have 6 ingredients instead of the usual 7. So I guess that would make these 6 layer bars ? They have graham crackers, butter, sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and marshmallows.

These were not so great. Followed recipe exactly. Resulted in a goopy mess. Giant pool of sweetened condensed milk under the graham cracker crust. Extremely sweet. Even reading recipe sounded like a lot of butter for the amount of crackers. This was a no for me.

Made using crunchy peanut butter because that is what we had. Froze it overnight before thawing for 30 minutes and rolling in the chips. We liked it on Granny Smith apples better than the Honey Wheat Ritz crackers. It tasted much better than it smelled to my pregnancy nose. Thanks for the fun idea.

Hello, as a diabetic (but I do eat a little sugar along), I was thinking of leaving off the chocolate and peanut butter chips on the outside and having chopped salted peanuts. What do you think? Just sounded very sweet and I love salty/sweet snacks.

Combine flour, oats, cereal, baking soda and salt in one bowl. Combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla in another bowl. Gradually stir flour mixture into butter/sugar mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Drop batter onto greased sheets or sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Rotate sheets halfway through the baking time. Cool on wire racks.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth. In medium bowl, combine flour, graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon. Slowly blend dry mixture into butter mixture until completely blended. Stir in 1 cup milk chocolate chips and 1/2 cup peanut butter chips.

Meanwhile, in a small microwavable bowl, microwave 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips and peanut butter on high for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Spread about 1 teaspoon of mixture in center of cooled cookie. If desired, sprinkle crushed peanut butter chips on top of melted chocolate mixture. Makes about 3 dozen.

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another mixing bowl. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop slightly rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Do not overbake. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove onto wire rack. Makes about seven dozen cookies.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cream cheese, butter and sugars. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Grease cookie sheets and bake 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.

Dips do not always need to be savory! This chocolate chip cheese ball is the perfect dessert appetizer that will require double dipping for sure! Who needs pico or taco dip, when every bite contains a cream cheese and mini chocolate chip wafer.

Its also, like many cheese balls, difficult to straight up dip without a strong cookie to pull from the cheese ball. I strongly recommend serving with mini cheese knives to spread the dip right on your graham crackers or cookies.

This recipe is for a traditional make ahead cheese ball. It requires time to set in the fridge, so if you need it for a party, try making your dip the day before for the best shape. That being said, if you need it in an hour, look for the tips below to serve this chocolate chip dip quickly.

Make your cheese ball dip and instead of putting in fridge to set, place in freezer for approximately 1 to 1 and a half hours. When you peel the plastic it will not be 100% clean, but as you shape your cheese ball with chocolate chips, it all comes together nicely.

This s'mores chocolate chip cookie recipe is the cookie version of a classic s'mores treat! Think: cookies full of pools of melted chocolate, crunchy graham cracker crumbs, and gooey melted marshmallows.

The chocolate chip cookies are filled with pools of melted chocolate and studded with graham crackers. A giant marshmallow placed on top of each cookie then melts into a glorious ooey, gooey puddle.

The after-school program at my elementary school never served chips or cookies as snacks, deeming them junk food. It did, however, offer the same snack everyday: graham crackers. At snack time, we lined up to grab a small carton of milk and pull one graham cracker out of its sleeve. The most exciting days were when we got the cinnamon-sugar dusted ones.

Bake the graham crackers. Bake for 8 minutes. Rotate the baking sheets between racks and from front to back. Bake until evenly golden-brown all over, 8 to 9 minutes more. The finished graham crackers should be a shade darker than the original dough, not shiny, and dry when touched in the middle.

Cool the graham crackers. Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet (they will crisp up more as they cool), about 30 minutes. Using the lines as guides, break the crackers into rectangles with your hands. If the graham crackers are not crisp, bake again in a 325ºF oven, checking every 3 minutes, until a shade darker in color.

Add chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds remove the bowl and stir the chocolate chips. Place the bowl back into the microwave for another 20 seconds and stir again. Repeat process until melted.
